- 4 / 5By Tracy McPI live literally across the road as just moved here and had Sunday carvery which was nice and because it was quite late on, the lamb I wanted was all gone so they offered me a whole chicken breast instead. Great service, the girls behind the bar are very friendly and nothing is too much trouble.
It hosts a lot of different events weekly and the noise level I have to say, is very low and I can't even hear karaoke from my house, brilliant. The pub is very welcoming, a working people's place in as much as you'll get couples after work or lunch times but tradesmen popping in on way home.
It's now my local and very down to earth and friendly with good price levels.
We'll be over soon, it's a 45 sec walk so could we not!!
It got 4 out of 5 stars as I've not yet been to any evening events but that's the only reason.June 03, 2017
